Inspiré de l’ail confit japonais d’Aomori, notre ail noir est issu d'une production en agriculture écologique certifiée. En sélectionnant des espèces au goût charnue nous obtenons par un procédé de maturation lente une texture ferme au toucher et une  complexité aromatique s’accompagne d’une acidité́ balsamique rare, et de notes umami.
