1 burrata cheese
Old-fashioned mustard dressing
Salt / Pepper
Take the burrata and cut it into four pieces. Place the burrata on the plate.
Cut the sardines into pieces and arrange them on the burrata.
Make your own dressing according to your taste, not forgetting to add some old-fashioned mustard.
Pour your mixture over the burrata and the sardines.
Place a few mustard seeds on the mixture. Add the parsley oil.
Place two to three slices of red onion on the plate to add colour to your recipe.
To finish, add a few croutons for a crunchy texture.
