2 tablespoons of honey
2 tablespoons of black garlic sauce
Spices of your choice
Salt / Pepper
Defrost the secreto 24 hours before use.
Once thawed, wait until it is at room temperature before cooking.
Cut the meat and skewer it.
Add oil to the griddle and grill for 4 minutes on each side.
Meanwhile, pour four tablespoons of honey and black garlic sauce into a bowl.
Add the soy sauce according to your taste and mix until you get the taste you want.
Pour two tablespoons of your mixture onto the cooking skewers.
At the end of the cooking time, remove the skewers.
Place the skewers on a plate.
Pour over the remaining honey/black garlic sauce, add the chives and any spices of your choice.
Enjoy your meal!
